Return / Cancellation / Refund

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy:

After placing the order customer can cancel the order with in 30 minutes if he/she wish to by calling or sending us an email (info.vsmangoes@gmail.com) And in case of customer request for Refund, it will be processed through same mode within 10 working days.

 

We ship mangoes in raw condition and it would take a while (please refer ripening instructions in the package) to ripe. It is natural for perishable goods to perish after its shelf life. In unusual situation, mangoes do perish before its shelf life. In these conditions, please take pictures of mangoes and send it to us for us to take remedy. We do not entertain Return / Exchange unless an video is sent on opening of package showing the box with original package condtion. 

 

There shall be a receiver or an authorized receiver at the delivery address to receive the package. General practice by courier companies is to attempt second time if they could not deliver in the first attempt due to receiver or an authorized receiver unavailable at the delivery address. If you anticipate that you or an authorized agent will not be there are the property, please do not make orders. After several attempts (based on courier company policies), if they could not deliver, package is returned back at the origin. In such case, please note that we CANNOT refund your money since this situation is not at our fault.
